Special Town Board Meeting – Monday, June 23,2008-7:00 pm-Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock and Atty. Schiltz.

Holden/Weiss motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85(1)(e) –deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties. Roll call vote all in the affirmative.

Weiss/Holden motion to reconvene into open session. Carried unanimously.

Weiss/Allis motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:25 pm.
