Special Town Board Meeting – Monday, June 16, 2008 – 11:30 am – Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 11:30 am. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Palmer and Holden, Clerk Polyock. Supervisors Weiss and Allis were absent.

Palmer/Holden motion to hire Gary Marousek for part-time highway work. Carried unanimously.

Palmer/Holden motion to delete the parking lot from the described premise of Fischer’s on Button’s Bay, LLC and The Latsch Corporation. Notice should be sent to the bar owner’s that they need to come to the Board for special permission any time they may want an event on the parking lot. Carried unanimously.

Holden/Palmer motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 11:45 am.
