Special Town Board Meeting-Monday, June 9, 2008-6:30 pm- Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock and Atty. Schiltz.

Chairman Bollweg gave some background and shared e-mails he had received concerning the spraying of Meadowview Estates land. Weiss/Holden motion to have Dave Schiltz provide an official response to Walworth County approving Walworth County Land Management’s action. Carried without negative vote.

Weiss/Allis motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85 (1) (c ) – considering compensation for building inspector. Roll call vote – Palmer, Holden, Weiss, Allis, Bollweg all voting in the affirmative.

Weiss/Allis motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote.

Holden/Allis motion to approve a fee of $50/hour with a one hour minimum paid to the Building Inspector after a property nuisance letter is sent giving the property owner thirty (30) day notice to come into compliance. This is subject to Board approval. Carried without negative vote.

Weiss/Holden motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:00 pm.
