Special Town Board Meeting – Wednesday, May 28, 2008 – 7:00 pm – Conference Room

The meeting was called to order by Chairman David Bollweg. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis and Holden, Clerk Polyock and Atty. Schiltz.

Holden/Palmer motion to appoint Greg Odden to the Buildings and Grounds Committee. Carried without negative vote.

Palmer/Bollweg motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85(1)(e)-Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties. Roll call – Allis, Holden, Bollweg, Palmer, Weiss all in the affirmative.

Weiss/Palmer motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote.

Weiss/Allis motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:29 pm.
