The hearing was called to order at 7:15 PM by Chairman Bollweg. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock and Atty. Schiltz.

Chairman Bollweg stated that this was a Public Hearing and was there anyone in the audience to speak against the vacation of a portion of the platted roadway being sixty (60) feet wide and directly adjacent to Lot 23, Block 7 Maple Hills Subdivision. There being no one, Weiss moved, Holden seconded to accept the vacation of the roadway – Lot 23, Block 7 Maple Hills Subdivision. Roll call – Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden and Bollweg, all aye Carried unanimously.

Holden moved, Allis seconded to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:17 PM.
